On September 8, 2014, the idea “Manuals to Survive” was born from a survivor of child sexual abuse who seeks to share with others the knowledge that for decades propelled him towards his overcoming.
Influenced by the steps to sobriety in the blue book of Alcoholics Anonymous, post-trauma psychological therapy and the understanding of digital communication, he plans to create a knowledge-sharing platform that shares the experience of survivors to guide victims to specialist psychologists to help them overcome their trauma.
On January 1, 2018, Grupo Comercial de Comunicaciones created the Humans for Humans Foundation. This same year he took “Manuals to Survive” as his first initiative and started its development. Fundación Pro Educación de El Salvador (FUNPRES) joins the initiative through its Center for Psychological Attention and Evaluation, and later Fundación Calleja with its Plenamente Program, providing free psychological care in 8 municipalities of the country.
In February 2019, Applaudo Studios joins as a main partner in the development of the digital platform, thus bringing to reality in 2022, what started as an idea in 2014.

They form expert advisory boards for each initiative, guaranteeing its correct and due implementation to achieve the success and impact sought in society.
